Libre y Salvaje

Libre y Salvaje is a historic winery rooted in Almonacid de la Sierra, where tradition and nature come together. We cultivate century-old vineyards in a privileged setting in the Sierra de Algairén mountains, working with organic farming and regenerative practices that promote biodiversity. Our wine-making is based on minimal intervention and the use of a four-level gravity-flow system. After fermentation, the wines rest in century-old caves, where natural temperature and humidity allow for a slow maturation that remains true to the character of the land.
