Projects
The Regulatory Board of the PDO. Cariñena promotes technical projects aimed at vineyard sustainability, quality improvement and adaptation to new climatic challenges. These initiatives strengthen the competitiveness of the sector and provide applied knowledge to winegrowers and wineries.
Mating disruption of the grapevine moth (2009–2021)
Implementation project of a mating disruption system to control Lobesia botrana, aimed at reducing the use of insecticides, improving grape health and advancing towards more sustainable wine-making practices.

Study focused on analysing the influence of climate change on the aromatic expression of wine and developing adaptation strategies for vineyards and wine-making.
